Comparison and harmonization of regulatory framework and practice in Turkey with European Union best practice in the field of regulatory accounting / accounting separationand the calculation of WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital). Gap analysis, drafting of secondary legislation, development of WACC calculation model. Training, study visits.
