Description:

Assisting the Irish regulatory authority ComReg in preparing wholesale pricing regulation for current generation broadband access (bitstream access) in Ireland. Drafting remedies for the regulation of Market 3b based on ComReg’s market analysis. Cost modelling methodology and retail margin squeeze methodology. Assistance in drafting consultation and decision documents.
