Initially working in the regulatory and commercial departments of BT during its privatisation and closely working with the UK regulator (Oftel/Ofcom) since its inception, Claire now works all over the world in regulatory consultancy. Robert Milne is an expert on network design and next generation networks formerly working as Chief Network Architect with Nortel.
