Description:

Developing a telecommunications regulatory framework for Northern Cyprus in approximation with the EU acquis communautaire. Assisting the Telecommunications Office in preparing for a future in a competitive envirnonment. Monitoring and acceptance testing of a newly established fibre optic backbone network.
